Payments, cancellations and refunds

For consulting and professional services, pricing may be provided through a quotation, proposal or separate written agreement. The scope, deliverables, timelines and payment terms agreed with the client will apply to that engagement.
For paid training and events, cancellation, transfer and refund conditions may vary by programme and will be communicated at the time of registration or purchase. Where Data Wired cancels a paid programme, any applicable refund or alternative arrangement will be communicated to affected participants in accordance with the applicable programme terms.
Community participation
Data Wired is committed to constructive, respectful and inclusive learning and professional spaces. Participants must treat others with dignity and must not engage in harassment, discrimination, intimidation, abusive behaviour, spam or conduct that disrupts an activity or community space.
We may remove a participant from an event, programme or community channel where their conduct breaches these expectations, creates a safety concern or materially disrupts others' participation.
Mentorship, career conversations and community guidance are educational and professional-development support. They are not a guarantee of employment, promotion, funding, admission or any particular career outcome.
Client engagements and confidentiality
Services provided to organisations may be subject to a separate proposal, quotation, statement of work, service agreement, confidentiality agreement or other written contract. Where a separate written agreement applies, its terms will govern the relevant engagement to the extent that they differ from these website Terms & Conditions.
