THE THEME
Exploration opens doors. Growth builds confidence.
The theme empowered women to navigate the evolving data landscape while fostering personal and professional growth. Exploration represented the journey of discovery in data science and analytics, encouraging women to expand their knowledge and embrace new opportunities.
Growth signified the development of skills, confidence and networks needed to excel in the field. The experience created opportunities, helped bridge gaps and celebrated the contributions of women in data.

Participants left inspired and better equipped for their careers through keynotes, panel discussions, breakouts, mentoring and networking.
Mentoring, networks and next steps.
Participants engaged in mentoring and networking sessions, with experts guiding career planning. Entry-level attendees formed peer mentoring groups for ongoing support.
